This summer house makes a great relaxing area or living space it also has a 2.4m x 2.4m storage area which has its own hardwood single door entrance and a dividing wall from the main area. The roof slopes to the rear and has a EPDM rubber roof lining which takes the appearance of lead of which has a life span of about 50 years.
The walls and floor both have 100mm of insulation. The floors have 18mm pine floor boards and the walls have a tongue & groove pine clading. Roof Joists also have 100mm of insulation which is partitioned off leaving 50 mm of the joists exposed as a feature.
The main room being 4.8m x 2.4m has a double glazed hardwood double door and a double glazed window measuring 800mm x 900mm.
 
The outside has a damp proof breathable membrane which is then covered with 13mm treated tongue & grooved pine.
 
This building is of a very strong construction far superior to normal sheds or outside buildings of this price.
 
This building makes a great addition to any house as an extra living room, music room, childrens playroom, bedroom or even just extra storage space.
 
The price does not include ground work for hard standing or concrete base for which this building can sit on.
